About the operator

Packmates is operated by Renacer Enterprises Ltd. Contact support@packmates.co.uk for support or privacy@packmates.co.uk for privacy requests. Company registration details and the postal address will be added before public launch.

Who can use Packmates

You must be 18 or over, provide accurate information, verify the required contact details and keep your dog information current.

Arranging walks

Packmates is a noticeboard and communication service. We do not employ, vet, insure or supervise walkers. Each member decides whether a person, dog and walk are suitable and remains responsible for safety, animal welfare and following the law.

Bookings

Public posts use broad details. A booking exists only after the organiser approves the selected dogs, confirms the private arrangement and that owner accepts it. Bring only the accepted dogs and leave promptly if your plans change.

Content and conduct

Only upload content you are allowed to share. Do not harass, threaten, deceive, expose private meeting details, evade blocks, spam, abuse animals or interfere with the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts after review.

Ending use

You can request account deletion from Profile. The final liability, governing-law and consumer-rights wording will appear here after legal review and before launch.
