Delete your account

In the app, open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm. Deletion is scheduled after seven days; you can cancel it in Profile during that period.

Your sign-in is removed and your profile is anonymised. Profile photos, walk photos and private Proof of woof are deleted. Some walk and safety records may be retained as described in the privacy notice.
