What we collect

We use your verified email and mobile number, profile, dog details, broad home area, walk activity, messages, notification settings and safety records to provide Packmates. Exact meeting details, favourites, blocks, no-show records, reports and your Proof of woof are private to their permitted audience.

Location and Proof of woof

Your postcode is converted into a rough home area and is not shown to other members. Cloudflare processes your private Proof of woof with AI to assess whether the image appears to show an actual dog rather than artwork, a toy, figure or image on a screen. This screening does not prove ownership or liveness. The photo is not a profile photo and is deleted after your first attended walk, after 90 days, or when your account is deleted, whichever comes first.

Photos

Photos are Public to signed-in members by default, or Private to eligible walk attendees when you choose that option. Public photos may be considered for marketing, but we will ask your permission before using yours.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and dogs, control notifications, block members, change or delete your photos, and request account deletion from Profile. Some limited records may be retained for safety, disputes or legal duties.
